That mode you're using is a debug mode made for JBL to diagnose any issues with it. Listening to music with debug mode active can potentially cause damage

Thanks man did it once, the bass was crappy tiny, did it the second time its craaazzzaaay bass. Maybe i did it wrong or didnt press it long enough the first time. Thanks thanks thanks, plus im using spotify premium high quality audio and tune my own EQ, enabling bass boost and surround.

Hello, my jbl charge 4, wont turn off, i have to press 5 times the off button and long press before it turn off, then it wonr turn on, and also the key minus volume button becomes the off button too..can you help me?

Turning it off does make it to default mode and switch it on? Or i need to press vol- and bluetooth icon to turn off the lfm before turning it off
