The point of most hip fractures causing falls, and not the other way around is very important. My dad did actually break his hip from falling and his surgeon told us it was the worst break he had ever seen. The trauma injuries are much, much worse.

I’m 72 and still figure skating - will that be enough to keep my skill at balance as we are always on one foot and never on two when we skate.
