So true... We need to remove those phones from the hands of our children or limit their time on it while getting back to delayed gratification, play, creativity and imagination.

Boredom breeds creativity? I get the point, but I feel like it's a bit idealistic. Not every kid has the same level of imagination and some of them might just get super anxious
