With over 25 businesses under my belt, I'm constantly hiring. And let me tell you, those 5, 6, or 7 round interviews? They're a waste of time. Yours and the candidates'.

Entrepreneurship is all about speed of execution. Time is your most valuable asset. Don't squander it.
