I’m quite the opposite, I prefer to Hire slowly, and here’s why.

When you hire slowly it means you’re hiring with intention.

It’s taking steps to ensure the new hires are built to last at the company.

I had a girl who in the first 4 days called out twice. Once flat tire needed a new tire, none of her tires were marked or new and the second she was in the bathroom. I fired here. I don’t have time for people who have excuses especially on the first week. I would’ve ubered or called a friend to get me to work. You know…showing effort.
