I’m not gonna lie I’m pretty you guys sure wether it was intentional or not used the 3070ti drivers for a 4070 because if you were using the 4070 drivers there is no way that it would preform 10% WORSE I would have trouble believing it if it had the same performance.

Be chill bro, I just replaced my 3 fans 3070ti with 2 fans 4070. Power usage drop from 300w to 200w, Temp drop from 80c to 58c in full load graphic intensive game and fans run a lot quieter, Time Spy graphic score up to 18, 000 while 3070ti just 15, 000. There is no way that 3070ti better than 4070, Maybe except that fancy spidey card.

even though i hate new nvidia 4000 series but i don't think this can be true. you are just running a benchmark of uniegine. I am 100 percent sure realtime gaming performance on 4070 will be way better

Rigged test using dx11 and not 12 also using 3070ti drivers for 4070 would you expect anything else? Anyways this is what happens when you want it to also Drivers make more of a difference than they should also the dx version has a huge impact Performance the 4070 was not utilizing the beam properly that is evident here...
