Side note: when Marcus spurs his horse on, its actually a moment of awesome for Denholm Elliott, who in reality was an experienced horse rider, with enough skill to do his own riding in that scene and make it look like Marcus was going to wipe out.

Love how Indy gives Brody a gentle push back onto his horse as he’s riding alongside him to ensure he doesn’t fall off. Nice touch..

1:43 One of the most beautiful shots in cinematic history - the lighting, the triumphant music, the strong thundering of the horses’ hooves, the detail of Indy visibly helping settle Marcus - just flawless. This should’ve been the end of the series. Who needs more after a finale like this?

I like some of the 90's Sean Connery movies, but imagine if this right here were his last one. It would be a perfect send off to this great actor, riding a horse with Indiana Jones right into the sunset. What an amazing way to end a cinematographic career. Anyway, He was one of the greatest.
