Algebra I Help: Determining the Restricted Values for a Rational Expression II

Показать описание
In this video, we learn how to determine where a rational expression is undefined. The values that make the denominator equal to zero for a rational expression are known as restricted values. We find these values by setting our denominator equal to zero, and solving the resulting equation. The solutions are the restricted values, since they result in a denominator of zero when replaced for the variable(s).
