Thanks for nice info, my Audi A6 2.0T one day it was not changing gear like 20 kmph speed other day it changed gears but at 50kmph started shuddering and can't change speed and after some time slipped the gears and chiirrrr kind of sound was heard

Just got a new 2025 CX-50 S Preferred. When coasting along on a flat and barely touching the gas around 45-50 mph the car will vibrate or shudder. As soon as I let off the gas it goes away. And if I give it more gas it also goes away. What's the cause? Should I bring it in for service? It only has 1000 miles on it. Will it get worse?

My transmission will shift into first gear when slowing down for a stop and not shift out unless you pull over and cut the truck off for a few minutes. It does need a converter I think after watching this video. Will the converter cause it to shift down to first gear to soon and not shift out unless you put it in park and cut the truck off? mostly it does it over 135 temperature

2004 Toyota Camry. Car starts driving in first gear at very slow speed but it cones to a complete stop on its own as if the car hits a wall. It does run if i engage manual D2.

my car have delay response to the gas pedal 1 second then accelerates, this happens only in 1st gear, i tried to make it accelerates in 2nd (tiptronic) and the issue is gone and the response is very good, what could be the fix

Replaced my transmission back In January 2024 (2018 dodge journey cross road 6 cylinder) . Recently whenever I’m driving and it’s going down to first gear it clunks . This only happens sometimes not all the times, any advice if it’s the torque converter or what else it could possibly be.

took my 2012 silverado 1500 4x4 to the shop this morning and got told the torque converter was bad and that i needed a new transmission. WTF!! HOW DO I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION AND NOT JUST THE TORQUE CONVERTER. THEY WANT 3700 FOR A USED ONE AFTER LABOR AND 6675 FOR A REMANUFACTURED ONE AFTER LABOR.

My fwd vehicle started making a rattling noise one day. It seems to drive fine except for the noise. The only DTC code was for the Transmission Range Sensor. Haven't replaced that yet because I'm currently replacing my motor mounts when they arrive. What's the best way to isolate the noise? Engine or transmission, I can't seem to find the spot.
