I cut it like sliced bread but it doesn’t matter.
RECIPE
300g a.p flour
2 tsps yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 cup warm water

You only proof it once for 2 hours.

Bake time-20 minutes

Knead for 10 minutes by hand or 7 minutes in a mixer
