Wow I really feel that. I have had so many times that I promised myself to do something and didn’t do it. But I never break promise I make to other people

Tim Han has changed my life since I started his course in the middle of June. I always dabbled with good habits. I've read dozens of books about the subject but nothing stuck. That's what leads to self doubt because you no longer trust yourself to succeed. Tim has created a course that has finally made me stick to the good habits and enjoy them. Not only that, he's created the best community of people #heartfluencers that you could ever meet. Lots of life coaches share great information, but Tim Han is the only one that's ever got me to commit fully, believe and reap the positive results? Those results are getting more done each day, seeing my photography business blossom within 3 weeks, my relationship with my wife strengthen and a far more positive and happy mood. I'm so excited for the future because now I have the tools to overcome all the challenges life will bring (self doubt, fear, procrastination, time management, worry etc). Thank you Tim.

What they talk about in therapy.... bang on...
I hope I can. Hope is more than I had before.... Its true waiting for people to change is like drinking a poison or cure and waiting for the other person to show the effects...
Thank you for you sure honesty. Thank you for sending this...
I truly hope you take the lead with this and stay humble as you do....
People need exactly this from young, to save time and from harm and damage...
Keep going !!!🌺

I spent so much time giving my power away and getting hurt and deflated that over time I created a B S that I should not leave my comfort zone. I am ready and happy to change this now.
Thank you, Tim . I am getting my power back! Xx

I've always stayed in my comfort zone. It is scary to step out, but one small step at a time, I'm starting to step out now. I promised myself I'd start moving/exercising every day to better my health (the first step in a long line of steps). I'm sore, but I'm doing it.

5habits destroying your success
1. Breaking your promises to someone and yourself
2. Holding onto your past hurts and painful memories
3. Refusing to step out of comfort zone and step into grove zone
4. Believe in your belief system that does not serve you
5. Being passive reactor of reality not creator of reality

Thanks for the heartfelt insights, Tim. I am freaking out because I am thinking of starting a I have been giving in to doubt and fear and....all of the negative forces. I love the idea that we are filters of sorts; we allow these negative ideas/thoughts to get through to us....we don't filter/stop them. It's as if this filter hardens, in a sense; it gets stuck waaay too open (allowing the world to dictate our feelings). It's time I take control of my outlook, my future. You gave me hints of what I can become, for that I thank you, Tim. I will continue to learn and improve myself by listening to you and making my own reality.

Hi Tim
Thanks so much for today's video - that's been a real wake up call for me. Habit no.1 is my main problem - breaking promises to myself - this is day 1 of making that change and commitment to myself starting RIGHT NOW. I have something to do that has been hanging over me for months - today is the day I WILL confront this.
BTW - I have just finished your book - Follow Your Heart and Take Action - I would recommend this to everyone out there as a MUST READ

Point number 5. For too long, I have been entirely passive in my life's unfolding and given my power away to other people and circumstances--circumstances which I had no idea I was actually creating THROUGH my passivity!! What I DO know to be true about myself is I am naturally vibrant and hopeful. I ALWAYS bounce back and I ALWAYS find a way. Now I can see how letting myself feel down and out andvicttimised ha slowed my progress. Today is my Day 1--today is the day I take back my power!!
