Ok I gotta say... this helped so much! I was just laying in my bed and out of no where my stomach started hurting so bad. I ate crackers, drank water, was breathing, and that kinda helped. But then I did this, and it’s almost completely gone (let’s hope it doesn’t come back). I also have emetophobia (fear of vomit) so I was really trying to find something to help me!
