It's 12am and I am in my bed almost crying because of pain, I was out with my friends and I ate too much and now I'm in pain! Idk what to do anymore.. So whoever has stomachache it will be okay! You are not alone

Hey yall, I know we're all in pain. I was wanting to add some new tips for everybody to feel better!

1. Ginger. You can spike tea or soup with ginger, or ginger ale. Ginger drops made by UpSpring are literally droplets from heaven. I have GAD so I get stomach aches really often, but these have made it so much easier. You can get them from Amazon, Walmart, and other stores. Trust me, get these.

2. Sleep sitting up! I have tons of pillows on my bed because if I'm nauseous, I sleep sitting up so I am in less risk of vomiting.

3. Mint tea or a peppermint can help with stomach cramps.

4. Nausea medicine (which can be prescribed by a doctor), are literal saviors.

5. Distract yourself somehow. Find a show on TV or something. I've found I can get motion sick from my phone or laptop screen if I'm already feeling sick, so a larger screen like the TV does well.

6. A cold, damp cloth on the back of the neck. It will make the pain go away momentarily usually. Idk why it works, but it just does.

7. An ice pack or something cold on the stomach. The video says something warm, but ive found cold can work too.

8. A fan blowing cold air on your face or fresh air can do a lot for nausea and stomach pains.

9. Deep breaths. Be careful breathing out your mouth though, I once started hyperventilating and vomited due to it :")

10. If you're experiencing acid reflux, laying on your left side can help with nausea.

11. Pepto bismol is an amazing medicine if you can get it down. There's also tablets and pills of it to make it easier. If it's night time, take the appropriate amount of Pepto and Melatonin and it can get ya through it.

12. Be careful scrunching up. It can cause more pressure on the stomach. Just try laying loosely, slouched maybe, but don't stretch yourself or scrunch yourself too much.

13. Be aware why you're hurting as well. On rare occasions, I wake up in a panic attack, I get an awful stomach ache, nausea, cold sweats, dizziness, faintness, weakness, hard of breathing, and have been close to vomiting multiple times. It goes away after about 2-5 minutes but it's hell.

14. Stay calm. Being anxious about it is literally the worst thing you can do. It will make it worse. Just try to relax, make yourself as comfortable as possible, and try to make it through.

Your a life saver. I couldnt eat all day and even drink. And at night it kept hurting and i searched this up in 3 am im finally able to sleep
