For those who didn't work just log in as administrator in safe mode where the administrator is showing on the lockscreen and then go to the task manager by pressing alt+ctrl+delete and then to task manager and then to users then to change account type then administrator and apply changes and to reboot press alt+ctrl+delete again then at right side bottom restart option will be available and then you are good to go.
I did this procedure as the one in the video was not working for me but thanks to this video I got to enter safe mode.
Saved me a lot of time ❤
