Although the Administrator account comes disabled by default since it’s not required and could impose a security risk, advanced users and network administrators may sometimes need the account to troubleshoot problems and manage system settings.

One common thing I found regarding the issue is that the users who have lost their administrator rights have only a single account on their system, which was, of course, the administrator account. As a result of losing the admin rights, you may have issues in using Windows Apps, making new or modifying Windows configuration settings in Control Panel, using Snap-ins, and several other problems on your system.

I've tried this and nothing happens i just get bitlocker and no admin come back

Unfortunately it went ok until change your user account ! UAC blocked me with Admin or user account incorrect! I have tried all CMD suggestions to diable UAC and nothing works. it started with me using a Local Account instead of Administrator. Any suggetions would be really helpful. Thanks in reply

Question I saved a bunch of files and stuff in a USB flash drive. Will I be able to put them on my computer again after this whole ordeal?

I had 2 user accounts to log in to my laptop

I deleted one profile in C:/Users folder when I was logged in with other.

I locked my laptop and clicked on user whose profile I had deleted

On entering password it is telling User profile can not be loaded and I can't find other user login screen

If you have app center app(gigabyte) open that in safe mode and change user from there

This reminds me - When one had more than one window open, how does one set things to flip back and forth bringing the one clicked on to the front? Seems that I lost this feature and I can't remember hew to do this? Thanks
