I've always wondered what deal he made with Bill, as well. What if he went back in time and made the deal that caused Bill to possess him, when trying to stop him from entering the world? Or maybe he tried to stop himself, but got frozen by Bill as he tried to stop himself?

You do know Alex Hirsh confirmed that Blendin's hair was gone because of time traveling fire. I don't think Blendin would lose his hair for a second time, but Alex has confirmed why he had no hair before

Shouldn't time baby never be able to die? After he is reconstructed in 1000 years couldn't he just time travel back to right before he died so it would appear as if he was invincible? or is this just a plot hole or something they didn't think about

I like the explanation that a recent video from The Royal Order of the Holy Mackerel had. Basically, Blendin went back in time to make sure that Dipper and Mabel were there to stop Bill during Weirdmagedon. That's why we see him multiple times in the background of the show.

I have a theory on the time baby crap (correct me if im wrong)
so, after being destroyed, time baby needs 1000 years to regenerate and in one of the shorts with dipper and the mailbox, the mailbox says the end of the world will be 3012. So, the show being made ~2012, the time baby has regenerated after getting killed and did the apocalypse we see in time traveler's pig. I think you should make a theory on why it got evil and was it first evil and then good or did something make it mad

It is metioned in the journal 3 that Blendin went to the past and his time belt broke, so he was trapped in the 1880s

I thought Blenden travelled to the younger versions of Stan and Ford ( we know that he was there) to change their future. that's why he destroyed the project of Ford. He thought he could change ford's future with that so that he never lets Bill in their Dimension. but just because of that Ford went to gravity falls. After that Blenden travelled back to the future where nothing changed and was turned into Stone. that would be my Theorie but it doesn't explain his appearance in "Gideon rises"
