So I guess Bill is just a really powerful demon on his own right, even if he is not on the top of the chain in his dimension, while his friends are not as powerful and are just creatures he befriended. Also, I guess that Zanthar, Keyhole, Teeth, 8-Ball and Pyronica are not from the same dimension as him, unlike Kryptos, Hectorgon and Amorphous Shape who are geometrical forms just like him.

I'm personally kind of upset that these guys weren't fleshed out more. They didn't even get cool powers or anything, even though a lot of them and especially Kryptos in particular seem like they would've just been interesting.

The way im thinking his crew works, is that the 'Nightmares'
are Kryptos and Amorhpous Shape, beings like Bill, maybe even Hectorgon too.

While the rest of the gang is in the "Interdimensional criminal' classification with 8 ball, Zanthar, Teeth, Keyhole, Pyronica, Pacifier

The eyebats dont seem sentient on their own.
