hello if you encounter a problem with adding the account to the device to unlock the bootlader on Xiaomi well I have the solution after several weeks spent on forums and YouTube here is how to do it: go to developer options then click on mi unlock status (a sim card and wifi network are required) then turn off wifi and turn on mobile data then click on add an account to the device after clicking turn off mobile data and activate your wifi make sure it is connected then wait patiently it should be fine normally thank you and good luck.
