This tutorial was made without using a wall because there wasn't one available but I highly suggest practicing against a wall in the beginning. Safety first!!! :-)

Thank you so much!!! I love your voice, that was the thing that made me stay learning through this channel. Sometimes yoga lessons in YouTube are a little bit annoying because of the poor explanation and a faked voice but yours is beautiful and it definitely helps you to stay calmed and focused. Ahh wonderful. The elusive handstand made accessible. I had no idea about the shoulder positioning, the arms or "gripping" the floor. Managed to stay up for two breaths! thank you!! xxx

Still working on that, thanks for the tips ! It's frustrating sometimes because when I was a teenager it was sooo easy for me ^^ But it's fun to practice :)

The scariest part is falling backwards! But a trick I use is to practice falling into a backend a few times. If youre confident you can catch yourself that way, you won't be scared of it anymore!

Dear Lesley, please do a tutorial about pincha mayurasana. For me, it is the hardest pose at the moment. I managed all headstands and arm balances but this thing is so hard.

hi Lesley. I've been trying to do the headstand from the last 6months n have just about managed to hover my legs halfway up in the air. but each time I try to get my legs straight up, m afraid I'll fall back. how do I get he confidence to have my legs straight up?
