Tyrannosaurus-Rex | Sound reconstruction by Studio (with ambience)

Youtuber who designed part of this this sound:

0:01-1:01: Mating compulsory call

1:07-1:30: loud high frequency shriek meant to alert help and assistance from it’s kind.

(In case you think that there is an inconsistency in the vocalization, there hopefully isn’t, the difference between the two sounds and why they sound so different is that the first one is a open-mouth growl and the second is a deep open-mouth bellow like how alligators vocalized)

2:30: Scouting for potential prey by sniffing the environment.

2:56: deep closed-mouth growl employed to mark and defend territories and synchronize activities within their social groups.

3:23: open-mouth bellow meant assert dominance and display strength while in combat.

4:21: Mate attraction call by low frequency boom similar to the modern day cassowary.

Out of all the T-Rex sounds videos, this is the best one so far. It triggered my primal fear of being hunted. I felt like i was about to be eaten.

These T-rex growls sound a lot like the low frequency growls of crocodilians.

If i heard this outside my house, i would never leave unless the military confirmed they wiped these things out. Absolutely terrifying.

Yea, Dinosaurs were fascinating animals. Unlike in some popular Dino-films where you usually hear the T-Rex scream, here you actually listen to it make Croco/Gator-like sounds (even tho they were actually Birds). Great job on creating more realistic sounds!

That is easily the most terrifying sound I've ever heard from an animal. I know it's not officially what a T-Rex sounded like, but I can't help but give praise to how well made the sound is designed. It literally made me more alert to any possible threat.

Hey guys it's been a while, so as it turns out, i didn't make this audio unlike my Spinosaurus video. Instead the Youtuber who made this sound was a channel named "studio" that produces dinosaur sounds and vocalisation with an almost scientifically accurate fashion.

However i did edit the sequence to make it sound like an ambient series of animal t rex vocalizations.

The links of the respective owners of these brilliant pieces of groundbreaking theorisations are in the description above!

is scarier than hearing a lion or tiger roar or charge...

Holy *SHIT* that was scary and unnerving - it made my entire body unconsciously tense up & I didn't realize I was even holding my breath until my lungs started to hurt!!! I swear, this is so much scarier than the iconic Jurassic Park Tyrannosaurus roar...😨

My grandpa mistaked this for him self when i played this

Those godzilla stomps may be too exaggerated due to the padding that t-rexes most likely had on their feet. They would've been sneaky as an elephant today.

I do not care what they taught you in school. T rex was a goose and from antarctica. My granma told me that.

At the 1:14 mark, I'm pretty sure I hear a bit of Godzilla topping off your t-rex's roar.

This is amazing, but could we get a version without the background noises (without jungle/swamp/crickets ambience)? Stomps and Trees though are fine.

Very cool very skeptical though. We may never know what they really sounded like. It’s just educational guesses but that doesn’t mean there always right. Anyway God bless you.
