I find it so interesting that most if not all of us have a similar reaction of unease and fear to this sound. Though we haven’t come across such dinosaurs nor have our early ancestors, we are still programmed to fear them. It’s like how a sheep would instinctively know to fear a lion though they wouldn’t come across each other in a typical scenario

These sounds are absolute horror. By the way, the bones in their ears were designed to hear from 15 to 25 Hz. So you're not gonna hear them but you will know they are there.

My God. These pictures make it something else too. Especially at 0:18 and the one after. Jurassic Park has really disparaged truly how much unyielding terror these creatures inflicted. Now imagine the fact that a lot of the prey back then were AT LEAST 3-5 times bigger than us. And with those sounds? Absolutely terrifying. I bet anyone's adrenaline response would probably be freeze or just to literally self-destruct on the spot.
