WAGYU vs CHOICE RIBEYE | Pit Boss Reverse Sear
I found a Wagyu Ribeye at my local grocery store, and they had some delicious looking Choice Ribeye steaks as well.

I fired up the Pit Boss 820 Pellet Grill and did a Reverse Sear.
What are the differences? Is the meat more tender? What makes it tender?

Never had Wagyu...but want to try it. The cost is crazy though. Now I'm craving a steak for today.

I had some really nice wagu at a Spanish bistro that's on top of the 4 seasons in Disney.. it was the most delicious, tender, buttery, cut it with the fork steak I've ever eaten. I tell you for the $200 it costs me, I dont regret it.. never had anything better yet.

Nice. All kids eat that chicken nugget. Good stuff brother. I just picked up an 820. Question. Should I mod that sear plate?? That was a bad ass sear.

Only guy I know that can make rubbin olive on a steak sexy:):). Looks awesome and super cool to spoil your son and the fact that he wanted steak is awesome. I look back when I was a kid and a burger was my go to for Bdays!!!
