Quick Correction! Around 4:21, I said "$359 annual fee" when I should have said "$395 annual fee"

I'm in agreement with all of the other people commenting on this post. Nice video!! Could've given the Venture card a little more love though!!

The CSR should be in S+ tier if you factor in that you can earn UR points from other no AF Chase cards that have different multipliers (CF, CFU, CFF, Ink..etc). The UR point is also the easiest point that you can get value back. Bilt is only good for renters, not homeowners. Amex Plat is very complicated, and it's set up in a way that you really have to spend a lot to get the value black.

Good video. Would like to see duo or trio card set up in a tier list. This might be interested to see too

BOA premium rewards elite would be a top card if only they raise their travel and dining points from 2 to 3. With preferred rewards this can boost return on spend on travel/dining to 5.25% along with an industry best of 2.625% on all other spend with no foreign transaction fees. It is kind of weird that they have the same multipliers for the elite version vs the non-elite version of their travel card with only $95 annual fees and $100 airline incidental credit.

1. The wierd thing about Citi is that the only No Annual Fee Card they have with Limited Travel Protections is their Costco Anywhere Visa Card.
2.American Airlines was just dropped.

Id consider the platinum card at S tier or atleast A-Plus lol

90% of people wont be able to effectively use all the credits (seriously...Equinox? Walmart Plus?)

Buut it does get offset by the satuses the card provides and other hidden benefits. To put into perspective:

I booked a hotel through amex with the platinum card (fine hotels+ resorts) and took advantage of the benefits booking that way gave. Also with the hilton gold status the platinum card gives me, I recieved a room upgrade to a suite and also the complimentary food& beverage credit with hilton gold status.

I had over $200 in combined food credits, a room upgrade worth over $200 a night, and the $200 travel credit from the platinum card itself.

Thats over $600 in value in just a single weekend trip. Arguably more because to achieve hilton gold status, that requires 40 stays/20 nights at hilton hotels per year!

The bilt is situational on your personal situation.. A if you rent, C if you own.
Same for the Gold. For Major metro Live rural and the gold is a poor choice. Even suburban locations and the uber credits are not realistic. The truth of UE and GH the same food costs more. You get a credit to help the food cost what it would without the service but that's not a credit on value. The gold is a pass for us.

I think you’re spot on. The Gold Card is by far and away the best CC that gives me the most points every year in my wallet and I have the Platinum and Reserve which I use as well. I would have placed the Hilton Aspire in there somewhere; probably in the A/S category. Great video. Would like to see your take on ranking airline and hotel credit cards against the mid to premium cards if you had the chance.

For the venture X credit card, you have to do everything through their portal to reap the benefits. What's your experience using the portal? I've heard mixed reviews.

Hi Matt... Capital One Venture is also currently offering a 75K Intro Offer for only a $95 AF... As a result, would you still keep them in the C Tier? Thanks in advance...
