If Newton said this, he was mistaken. Because while this is true for the first derivative, it's not true for the second. And the second makes all the difference! If you don't understand this it doesn't matter what you remember about calculus for ever. You're still wrong.

This is kinda bad ngl, doesnt cover the fundamental idea of calculus. (Differential) Calculus is the study of change. It is the connecting idea across integrals, derivatives, differential equations, and everything in between.

perspective has no effect over the reality of a shape of an object. Even when everyone on earth either didn't know its shape or assumed it was flat it was still round. Science is about expanding our perspective to find the truth not digging our heads in the sand and thinking that reality is darkness.
