How to do Calculus in Under 10 Minutes

How do you do calculus on under 10 minutes?

In this math lesson we will look at the two things that calculus is used for:
1. Working out the area and volume of curved shapes, and
2. Working out the instantaneous rate of change of a curved function - that is the slope on any point of the curve.

All in under 10 minutes!

Also, good calculus. It's a bit vague from school, a long time ago, but a nice refresher. I always get thrown when people say that the curve can be described by a function. How? Where did that function come from? How do I work that out? I don't remember if we ever found out.
