How to Pair and Reset to factory setting

1.Easy to pair. Usually you just take the earbuds out of the case. after a while,they will pair automaticlly,as video shows, ONLY LEFT earbud flash blue and red. PLEASE ATTENTION!! Search bluetooth name K11-L on your phone to connect.(Yes,paired mode bluetooth name is K11-L,)
2.If you really have trouble to pair. Do as follow.
Firstly, clear your bluetooth name on you phone please(K11-L and K11-R if you have)
As video shows,
first, you need to take them out of case and power off the earbuds.
Second,just hold down the MFB about 12s until you see the flash red twice as 0.38' showes. It means back to factory setting. then put them into the case. And take them out, they will pair with each other easily. Thank you for your LOVE

This did not work for me. I did exactly as instructed and shown in the video and it just keeps saying pairing mode in the right ear. I’ve deleted them from my phone, they’re not connected to anything else, I’ve factory reset them, I’ve turned Bluetooth off and back on, literally everything and they will not work.
