How To Turn On/Off, Pair and Reset Your Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless Earbuds

How to turn ON/OFF, pair and reset your Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless Earbuds to your bluetooth devices.

*When you first open your Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless Earbuds make sure to full charge them with the included battery case. The battery case LED will turn yellow when it's charging and green when it's fully charged. The pairing process will not work if the earbuds are in low battery mode.

Easy steps to pair your earbuds to your smartphone:
1. Turn you bluetooth setting on your smartphone.
2. You can place them in your ears or hold them.
3. Tap and hold down the flat back surface of each earbuds (control panel) for 5 seconds until the red and blue LED lights flash simultaneously. A voice will say, "pairing."
3. Search for "Sennheiser TW" on your smartphone and click connect.
4. Your earbuds LED light will flash blue 3x and stay blue to indicate that they are paired to your bluetooth device. A voice will say, "pairing successful."
5. If pairing failed you can restart by choosing "forget this device" or "remove this device" from your smartphone and redo the pairing steps.

Easy steps to turn on/off earbuds:
Once you have paired your earbuds to you bluetooth device.
1. Place fully charged earbuds in your ears. They will only turn on when they are certain distance from your left and right ears and pair automatically. Paired devices establish the Bluetooth wireless connection immediately after switch-on and are ready for use.
2. To turn off you earbuds simply out them back in the charging case and they turn off automatically.

*When you switch the earbuds on, they automatically try to
connect to the last connected Bluetooth device. The earphones can
save the connection profiles of up to eight Bluetooth devices with
which they have been paired.

Easy steps to pair earbuds to laptop or desktop computer:
1. Go to your bluetooth setting on your computer and turn it on.

least 30 seconds. The earphones are reset to the factory default settings.

*You can also reset the earphones to the factory default settings
using the Smart Control app.

For english, just do it. It fixed my issue;

By default, left and right earbud are peer paired to each other and connect automatically after power-on. If LED indicator is alternating green/red, this earbud is not peer paired, i.e. the left and right ear­buds are not connected to each other.
In this case perform the following steps to pair both earbuds:
• Deactivating Bluetooth at your smartphone to disconnecting your MOMENTUM TW 2.
• Hold both touch controls for at least 10 seconds to enter peer pai­ring mode at both. earbuds (Pairing mode is indicated by green/red alternating LED indicator on both earbuds).
• The earbuds are now getting paired with each other, what may take a few seconds.
• Successful peer pairing is indicated by 3x blue flashing LEDs.

Thanks for the great video! Had some trouble connecting it with my iPhone at first. My mistake was to always connect with a Bluetooth device called LE-MOMENTUM TW that was listed under "my devices" when opening the settings. When i saw you choosing something under "other devices" I realized that there was also the option to connect with MOMENTUM TW. After selecting it, it finally paired!

I found it from reddit for windows (actually this video also shows 00:43):
"What I do is: hold both buds and wait til you hear it's in pairing mode, go to Windows Bluetooth, add a device, then wait til I see Momentum TW (with the headphone icon) and connect to it. Then I click my volume in the status bar and make sure my output is Momentum TW (Stereo)"

Since there is not resetting and the video is minimum basic info/useless here is hiw to Resett the Sennheiser Momentum TWS:

my headphones doesnt turn off in the case. sometimes when i put them in the case and turn on a youtube video or music i can still hear it coming from the headphones while INSIDE the case, meaning they're also not in standby mode and drain power nonstop
