Document number is different than UCI number, you can find document number in black at the top right corner of the study permit.

Hello, I was applying for my PGWP application. I was uploading the IMM5710 form which isn't uploading, giving me an error. The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Error: We couldn't upload your file.
Error Description:
You entered a different value for:

country of nationality of your passport (online questionnaire)
passport - Country of issue (PDF form)
These two answers need to match. Check the answer on your PDF form and:

change it if you made a mistake, or
if it's correct, you need to answer the online questionnaire again and get a new personal checklist.

(Just for context, I am an Indian National but have renewed my passport last June here in Canada and so my Imm 5710 form has country of issue as Canada and Nationality as IND, which doesn't seem to match. hence the error. As mentioned in that error pop up, that if its correct, i require to change my response in the online questionnaire, which I don't see an option so to change.)

Hey, In the questions where we are supposed to tell if you intend to work in medical field or teaching children you just said to put No. but what if somebody is going to be working with children and says yes. Would they still be given an open work permit?
