Just went out and picked some fresh morels today with the wife and kiddos. Just about 30 minutes ago I proceeded to sauté them with some roasted garlic and throw them into a Demi glacé I had in the freezer 😏. Then ate them with some fire 🔥 🔥 🔥 Brussels and pancetta and mashed potatoes. I say all this because this burger shouldn’t be enticing… but for some reason, Matty, I’m still wanting this patty… in a bad way. Props. And damn it -I have no burger.

Yeah idk. Just looks very one noted. Nothing but salty, fatty over rich flavors. Needs something in there to break that up. A pickle or cole slaw or something
