The stock carb runs a 75mm main jet. The Amazon carb runs a 78 so there is a slight difference.

I have a 150 cc ice bear Hawkeye, it tops out at 51 mph stock. Planning on a few mods.. great video..

Did you try the muffler? There is a ring where it connects to the manifold. You have to use a Dremel and grind it off. And you can shave the throttle tube where it connects to the cable. Or you can cut the wire to the CDI so you can have better rpm’s. I probably am making it harder to figure out but google each step individually then decide which steps to try or not. I cut the wire from my CDI, cut the ring from the muffler, drilled holes in the air box is another step I heard of. Then you have your rollers to adjust and the spark plug and a new coil and spark plug wire all will help and a better belt, clutch and spring. If you need and questions just comment here. You just don’t want to cause damage by doing the stuff that might not work at all. I think a good CDI and not the cheapest one is a good idea plus a UNI filter is good. It’s all about what you think you need for you that counts

You should strip it entirely, mad weight reduction and also Deffo get a 22mm manifold aswell as a airfilter and some jets

On mine a wider racing intake seemed to help it breathe, narrow stock seemed to botelneck my carb.

Take out the restrictor in the front of the variator it's a little ring that's on your shaft that keeps the belt from going all the way up

Broo get yourself a malossi multivar. It increased my 50cc moped from 35 tot 45 mph with that kid. Worth to try

Little secret bro stage 6 gram weight for high rpm performance keli pully with daytona ramp with red clips it really matteers then the springs in the clutch you need to change it too whitw or red thats fine tuning type

id recommend one of the red foam uni filters if youre trying to go the pod filter route. could never get mine dialed in with the wire mesh pod like you have. oiled up and stuck the uni on and smooth sailing.

Have you port matched the inlet to the head yet that really needs to be done to get the best out of it if not air flow will be like hitting a restriction.

I have same scooter but its a 49 cc i have an 81 main jet and a 35 pilot jet mixture screw out 3quarter turn with 6.5 gram wieghts and also i tested alot of plugs, the ngk, the ngk r the orange one with the three prongs and a cheap Walmart autolight and the autolight performed the best no joke, i cut the auto lights electrode back just alittle and gap it at .28 and my 50cc does 46mph, no joke ya its screaming and really dont like reving like that but it flys
