Video request: a side-by-side compilation of Matt and Hank's crashes. Original vs new, young vs old, clipping in struggles vs no self-preservation instinct!

I’ve been getting back into the saddle after 25 years of not cycling. And I noticed.... muscle memory kicks in and want to go go go.
But my endurance level is still that of a dead rocking horse.

I enjoy watching these videos pre and post cycling, it keeps me motivated. 💪🏻

Yeah, stress. Cycling is one of the very few things in life that helps reduce stress for me. A friend commented years ago the happiest he ever saw me was at a time when I was heavily into riding.

Alcohol and poor sleep are probably some of the biggest factors in relation to retaining fitness. However, good and clean eating is equally important and effective in the long term.

1:15 Thank you Hank for showing me that magnificent opening of an energy bar. I remember Gordon Ramsay does the same thing to a package of pasta.

when dropping alcohol, sodas with lots of sugar, fried foods etc my body and mind are much happier and i can do more. And when doing workouts 3-4 times a week for 2 hrs and riding my bike 5 times a week i have an excuse for skipping these "bad" habits :)
im 48 so im not getting any younger...sadly :(
