How To Squat Like A Pro - FREE GUIDE DOWNLOAD

In today’s video, Adam shares one key tip for improving your squat depth. One of the biggest limiting factors of squat depth is your ankle mobility. Using this exercise “The Combat Stretch”, you can easily work on improving your ankle mobility whether its before your workout or just practicing throughout the day! Here are some key tips from the video for you to refer back to:

What Is Ankle Mobility? 0:30
- Ability for your knee to travel over your toes

Combat Stretch With INTENT 1:00
- Drive knee over ankle
- Keep knee open
- Lift toes up
- Feel burn in shin
- Hold for 5 seconds
- Reset
- Repeat 5 times
- Switch sides
- 2 Sets
- SQUAT!

Too difficult on the floor? 3:00
- Use a bench

Just wanted to say thank you. This is one of the best squat mobility tips ive heard. Ive tried it and it works. Lifting the toes does something to my ankle and removes the pinching sensation i used to get in front of the ankle. Cheers man.

There is no movement that has helped in improving my ankle mobility quite like this one has—and in a ridiculously short amount of time. 3 days of doing this 3-5 times a day and my ankles/tight calf’s are loving it.

I’ve been hearing Adam go on (rightly so) about the combat stretch for over a year of listening to the podcast and for some reason it’s taken my stubborn ass this long to try it. Maybe just start doing one this NOW! 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have terrible mobility in one ankle where I damaged the ligaments years ago hopefully doing this consistently will help with my mobility

Thanks for the video, I think this could really help my buddy who can't squat without his heels coming off the ground and im gonna add it to my warmup but could you guys do a video on cracking knees? I sit all the time and I'm developing a loud, jarring crack in both knees everytime I squat to a certain depth. I just can't seem to figure out which muscle may be tight/weak in my legs to stop the cracking.

My squat mobility is terrible, my lower back tucks underneath ridiculously just before I get to parallel & ive always had low back pain when squatting but always thought that was just part of the exercise…
Really want to find a plan to help with this
