Well one trick I found is that you should almost always do the painting aspiration first before getting into writing. This way you can write any emotional books regardless of your sim's emotion, which is perfect if you want your sim to be a romance writer if that what floats your story.

6:16 - Tip 21: When buying something in the computer, right click on the quantity arrow to change the number to 10 instead of 1.

Just beware if you use autosolve with a cowplant on your lot, that the Sims will eat the cowplant cake if it's available.

heres my Tip, when creating a Sim, Pick an aspiration you want just for its bonus you can change it later, so for me i go for knowledge and if you look above the aspiration in the small bubble it shows that knowledge sims gain all Skills faster, after you make your sim in game just swap your aspirations to what you actually want but you keep the bonus trait

Easy money: Gardening and mass selling high end plants, Handiness is amazing for the skill and it sells, Painting is amazing as well

Easy mode: Fun fact im pretty sure if you got seasons you can buy a Money tree for some aspiration points, now slap it down and grow it up, If you get level 3 i do believe of gardening you can graft plants, Take a cutting of the money tree and Graft it on something that grows stupid fast like Garlic if you got vampires, or Roses, you get a Rose AND a Money fruit seed, plant that money fruit seed and just Have a money tree farm. RINCE REPEAT AND YOU ARE A BILLIONAIR

The wabbit tablet actually does have bunny ears on it. If you look up the freezer bunny its moddled after that :) and it even has its feets-ies very cute, just wish it had more swatches.

A + tip about the trash bin: if you put the trash or empty plate (dog poop, pet hair pile) in, you get number of sims and pets in your household × 10 simoleon (like if you have 7 sims in the household than you get 70 simoleon). But if the sim put these in you always get 10.
One more: if you have sinks on the lot, sims will automatically wash the dishes, if you don't stop them.
Also, this bin only works on residential lots.

I had a sim die while at work in the science career while I was at the job with them, and I didn't get to get the grave! I had to have one of my sims quit their job and join the science career for a day just to go get it! Luckily it was still there in the middle of the lab lol. I didn't realize all the things you could upgrade with the handiness skill! I will have to use it more!
