Create An Email Notification For Each D365 Marketing Form Submitted - D365 Marketing

One of the common requests for processes when a submission from a D365 Marketing Form is received is an email notification. Strangely this isn't something that exists out of the box, but we can create a process using Power Automate to do this. In this video (and corresponding blog post), I will walk through an example of a flow that could be used. Keep in mind this is just an idea, and you can use it to help with your own more specific requirements.

Power Automate probably has the worst UX I've ever seen. So much steps to simply send an email notification. Not exactly a definition of low-code if you ask me. Thank you for the stellar explanation!

so the power automate workflow is not triggering for some reason? my marketing forms show its submitted in dynamics 365 so i dont know why the workflows not being triggered.

Super helpful step by step, couldn't have done it without this! My only issue is I'm getting 4 email notifications per form submission! Any insight into why that might happen?

I tried everything as what you said in your video, but the flow failed. I think some of steps like Dataverse function requires premium license?
