it mostly depends on personal preference. if you like racing more gt7 is gonna appeal a lot more to you, if you like open world driving more then fh5 is better for you.

I think you have to take into account that horizon is an open world game, where gt7 is not. I think a better comparison will be gt7 vs the next forza motorsport when that comes out either this year or next year.

I love GT7 a lot, but Forza Horizon 4 is in my heart forever as the best free-roam racing experience i've ever had. Truly a masterpiece❤

GT7 has better physics and detail. Forza has better engine sounds and a better sense of speed with faster cars

Really, you can’t compare these guys, GT7 is racing, FH is driving and street racing, I think they have equally impressive graphics and sounds and FX and such… so they’re really both just incomparable I’d say :)

Forza 5 because you can race and drive in the open world at the same time in one game also, forza has better graphics.
