This is exactly what I was looking for... wish me luck on a functionality exam I need to take for a firm. Good refresher on other items - Im used to Oracle, Great Plains and had no idea about QBO (just a little) also the info about the proadvisor stuff is great as it will be helpful for my interview to ask questions (I think the polls could have been edited out) but overall best video I found so far!! Hi do you offer personal qbo training. I need help categorizing some accounts

No live demonstration of how the transactions are done. The trainer is confused about basic concepts as she is searching for the gear icon on the clients section etc.

I have a client that uses the free QBOA for their books. They are not a Bookkeeper and now want a clean up done on their QBOA account. So they hired me to do the clean up but they are not paying for a subscription 🤔.
1. Are they violating QBOA rules?

2. Will they be able to convert from QBOA to a normal client subscription if needed?

3. Is this something QuickBooks will cause them to loss their company data?

4.Would you take on the clean up for a Client that uses QBOA like you?
