I check my oil every time I get gas. It's second nature for me. But I let jiffy lube change it. Lol ppl take old oil out and dump it in their backyard. Not cool. I do every other job on my truck. You are the man dre. You arnt a friend of mine. You are a brother to me.

Just an FYI. FCA is notorious in the viper community to try to deny warranty claims should you need a replacement motor. They want you to change the oil every 6 months even if you drove it only 1 mile, and if you have no proof of it theyll try to deny. Also I would recommend the OEM oil filter for this car. It is specifically designed for this motor, FCA would deny your claim too if not OEM filter.
I'd also recommend a valve drain plug like a Fumoto. Eliminates the risk of striping your oil pan every oil change and easy to grab an oil sample for analysis if your into that.
Also to save you some money. I dont like Walmart but they have the best prices on oil, even better when rolled back. Except to pay about $28 for a 5qt jug. If you buy it individually from there it exceeds the 5qt jug price. Odd how the pricing is.
