I installed a good quality turf myself 10x20 area for 2, 000 dollars. That included getting rid of old lawn and dirt. Also Tons of gravel, weed fabrics and turf was delivered to the house. Very important to do more research before giving away that much money.

Insane price for a tiny yard. You can get used sports turf 7.5'x30' for $150 if you look around. Now if $12k included the walls and what not, ok. Still pricey.

I purchased 200 feet for $4000 shipping and handling included and did my whole yard myself with free help from my brother. And even had some extra to do a small turf yard for my dog run. Anybody who pays this thief are just dumb or have more than enough money to not care.

I know people are saying this is really expensive but remember, I think this guys business is in California. Everything is way more expensive over there. Labor cost more and material cost more also. In Florida. 6-7k would be a good price for something like this and still you will make 3k profit
