Dr. Livingood here and in this episode of Eat This, Not That! I want to talk about the misconception that Cheerios are a healthy breakfast choice.
As a doctor, I’ve seen a lot of misunderstandings around cholesterol and heart health. But as a parent and someone who has had personal experience with heart problems in my family, I feel it’s important to address the issue from the perspective of mothers and grandmothers who are feeding their kids. If you’re feeding your kids Cheerios for breakfast, it’s time to re-evaluate that choice.
