The thought that General Mills is spraying pesticides on the fields and then producing their Cheerios for human consumption is disgusting. General Mills and other manufacturers need to find alternatives to spraying pesticides or stop producing their products.

Major health issue that almost killed me…. Now I eat protein and cereal of rice crispy for bk!!!! Feeling much much better! Thank goodness!!!

I knew you had said most cereals are not that great but I love having it for breakfast and cheerios (plain) has been my best option. but i think i am going to switch asap to the ones you recommend. I am not 100% sure if Barbaras is in my local storesor not, if not would any cereal that is organic (not General Mills or kellogs) going to be fine?
iam going to check. also would any cereal by Catalina or Barbara be good? i am guessing so.
and would eating cheerios, even plain every day be a factor in blood pressure?

I just eat Millet. Have it cooking now. It takes 20 minutes to cook. No poison.

I used to love cheerios with bananas. When I got on a God Meant for Us To Eat plan the smell of them and taste, is like ur ine to me. They are 🤢 gross! Great breakdown! Thank you! Looking for alternatives for my children. Not all of them like eggs. But muffins are a hit! 😁👍💗

Sorry, Doc. After my smashing success using keto and can now eat a small amount of carbs, processed cereals are still entirely OUT for me.
