When we are young we feel so invincible, confidant and are really resilient. Add steroids and this feeling is exponentially multiplied. We see results that are addictive and want to remain and go further. If we think about repercussions we tend to say to ourselves, i'll worry about that later in life.
The more you live, the faster you will perish. One body, one life. Strength comes from within. Looks are only temporary and keeping them up is an endless task and full time job. The larger you are the harder you will hit the floor. Its just a matter of time.

Why not? People all over the world at any age...99.99% could not achieve a physique of this caliber with all the drugs in the world. So, IF you're gonna do it - makes the most sense to do it around your late teens to early/mid 20s when the body is most resilient, and then be out. You'll know by 23 if you should keep competing or not...if that's the goal.
