I talk you through exactly what I'm eating, when and why - pre workout and post workout, including all my favourite snacks, protein hacks and a random grocery shop haul. I am not vegan, nor am I a nutritionist, these were just the meals and snacks I ate on this one sunny Friday with a running session sandwiched in the middle - enjoy!
