check out everything I eat in a day when I'm doing high mileage training! 5000+ calories consisting of:
oatmeal w/ Peanut butter
protein bar, cashews, midrun gel
bagel with cheese and 3 eggs, fruit smoothie
big turkey salad with cheese and dressing
1 pound of penne pasta w/ sauce and frozen veggies
chocolate cereal
130oz of water/gatorade
I want this channel to be a place of inspiration and storytelling for everyone to listen to, whether it be about #running or anything else! I am very new to this vlogging/editing videos thing, so I'm still trying to get better with all the little stuff, but please feel free to leave some constructive criticism in the comments or let me know what video you want to see next!
