40 years ago interest rate was between 15-20 % and sincw then up until 2022 interest rate had been gradualy gone down while property prices kept going up. anyone who bought or had been buying property during that time made fortune. Now it's quite different as interest has been going up and dont think its ever going back to 2%. I don't think investing in real estate will be as lucarative as it was.

I owned 17 buy to let's. Now own 8. Even with just that small number I've had a certain amount of stress and aggravation. I'm selling one a year as I'm 70. So releasing equity.
Why does he want the stress at his age. Considerable stress i imagine with the scale he's working at.
He could retire a rich man while he's young enough to enjoy his money

Over the last 10 years, capital appreciation has been higher 'up north' than London . As for yield, the north has always been better than the south . Ive no idea why anyone in London would try buy to let now and thats before the stamp duty increases .

40 minutes into this video...at 24 years old that's the point of view I accepted now have 3 very well maintained modern properties inspired by mainland europe's standards, and one where I live in. I will continue until I have a relatively small portfolio at which point I'll then build my dream home at 35 years old on land I own in a very desired area within London.

Not easy, didn't get what I wanted at 24 years. However, looks like I will in a few years to come and also have more than I wished. I've also had some financial due to others however, have learnt to remain professional and not to cross the boundary of being generous with strangers.
