1 - Make sure you have your headphones and they’re charged. Save your best music for the hard stuff.
2 - Have a plan / set a goal.
3 - Eat protein. How much/what type? It doesn’t matterrrr. Why do this? It’ll get digested while you workout and can stimulate muscle protein synthesis.
4 - Get pumped up. With a preworkout, motivational video, or COACH GREG.
5 - Have sex when you can get it. It’s not going to affect your energy, so go for it if opportunity presents itself.

I can't explain how thankful i am for coach Greg. I don't even follow his diet or workout 100% anymore but the principles really changed my life. I just packed up a bunch of my clothes for donation. I was size 12, almost 14. I'm size 4 now. I'm half a human I used to be.
