Crushing it Kylee! For the fam who has never run before, start with running/walking intervals with longer walking than running times then slowly change the proportions to be the other way around eventually getting to all running, making sure everything feels okay during, after, and 24 hr after the run! Unsolicited advice from an overly passionate physical therapist ❤

Epsom salt soaks are the best! Also everyone should be getting fitted for proper running footwear at a running store, like fleet feet or a running company for road running and running such long distances. The wrong sneaker can create problems for feet, knees, hips. Brooks, Asics, Saucony are the big shoe companies out there

I had a moment this weekend where I decided to get back into running. I saw your 3 mile vlog and am watching this feeling like I can get up to 5’s-6’s and need to push a little harder. I’m way heavier than you are, so I wonder about my joints. Let us know how you’re doing your recovery days—especially staying motivated! I definitely struggle in my head with stopping when I’m tired, achy, or bored. Love watching you guys! Keep killin’ it out there! Shout out to Bronson looking super fit also! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
