Damn right! Red meat all day baby. I love that you specified 'red' meat because many people rely on chicken as their protein source, although chicken has very little fat and less fat soluble and B vitamins than red meat. Consuming saturated fat along w protein is essential.

I'm scared of worms being in fish. I guess this is why I don't eat fish. I've read horrible things about worms traveling to the brain and causing migraines, etc.
