If you can not send or receive picture messages in Samsung galaxy then the first thing what you will do is you will go to "Settings". Go to "Device Maintenance". Select "Battery" and check if you have power mode enabled. If you have power saving mode enabled, select "Off". Now this will turn off the power saving mode and check if you can send pictures as messages.

The next thing what you can do is , go to "Settings" - "Apps". Scroll down and look for "Messages". Select it. Select "Settings". Select "More settings"- "Multimedia messages" and make sure that this "Auto retrieve", it is enabled. Hopefully this should fix the issue.

After 4 or 5 hours of trying to get pictures to send or to receive them my partner figured out that he also had to update the PRL after doing all the other things in this video. We are on the Boost network by the way so he also set the network to Automatic. He also changed it to Dark mode, changed the keyboard and the color to the white outline on black with white letters which makes this very easy to see and to hit the keys.
