Holy Moly!! This worked!!! we spent 4 hours with amazon "customer service" and could never get the problem fixed. I like that you take your time to share the info but you must not be using an I phone as all these go to's are not where you say they are.
I figured it out anyway after awhile just needed a guide. Probably be good if you said what phone type you are using as it would make things a bit easier to follow. I will see now if this works or not. Thank you
