When I turned off iMessages and turn it back on it just sits there saying waiting for activation I’ve tried everything.

I get "message failed to send" for a specific address (an android phone) only, so far, when I'm trying to message pdf's of any size or items from "Notes.". Any ideas? I appreciated your video.

Do not reset your networks..it will erase all the passwords on previous Wi-Fi….
