I noticed in your last video that you didn’t know what was next, get a pressure washer and start cleaning the outside. With water you will see quickly what needs to be replaced, and what just needed a good clean

Wow, that’s crazy. We paid about $300 for a bin that size. They don’t calculate by weight and they just remove them when we call or in 10 days, whichever comes first

I would really recommend to you that if you are planning on keeping the piano in your house while you renovate. To wrap the piano up so it does not get destroyed from dust getting inside of it. It is very expensive to clean out pianos that have dust from a house renovation and just dust that accumulates over time. So I would wrap it up with even just saran wrap and make sure to get all sides of the piano like under the piano especially because dust can get everywhere.

Someone to check that roof
Structural integrity of the beams or main structure of the house.
You might have to have some of those replaced if the water has been leaking that long.
